Having an overgrowth of Candida
can make life pretty miserable.
Candidiasis, a fungal infection caused by yeasts of the genus Candida, is the most common oral fungal infection in humans.
It’s considered normal to find candida in the human gut (gastrointestinal tract), but an overgrowth of candida can exacerbate existing gastrointestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease and autoimmune disease. Having an overgrowth of Candida significantly increases the risk of cancer.
You can’t cure Candida reactions with diet alone.
